User Interface
This article gives a brief overview of the main sections and interface you see after signing in to the DRM platform.
Overview

The DRM interface is divided into 4 sections:
A - Main Panel
B - Side Bar
C - Quick Actions
D - Personal Account information
Section A serves as the main display area within the application interface, and it changes based on the user's interaction and navigation choices.
Sections B, C, and D are designed as persistent interface elements. They are fixed and remain continuously visible throughout the DRM experience. Their permanent visibility ensures users always have access to these essential controls.
Now, let's explore each of these sections in more detail:
Section A - Dashboard
When you first open the DRM, you are brought to the Dashboard, which serves as the default view in the Main Panel.
The Dashboard is designed as an Executive Overview, giving you an immediate snapshot of your organization’s current activity and operational status. Rather than a static display, this view is dynamically updated to reflect real-time data.
Think of the Dashboard as your central command center - it provides essential context so you can quickly assess overall performance without navigating deeper into the system.
Section B - Sidebar
The sidebar is your navigation hub, located on the left side of your screen.
Donary Logo
Clicking the Donary logo in the top-left corner will return you to the default Dashboard view.
Collapse / Expand Sidebar
Clicking the three-bar icon collapses the sidebar, hiding all categories and expanding the main workspace. This is useful when you need more screen space.
Categories
Below the Donary logo is a list of categories. Click on a category to navigate to that specific section.
Section C - Quick Actions
The Quick Actions section lets you perform common tasks from anywhere in the system.

1. Change language ![]()
Click on this icon to easily toggle between English and Hebrew.
2. Create ![]()
The Create menu allows you to add new records without navigating to a specific section.

Donors
Add new donors with all related details here.
Reasons
Add new reasons with all relevant details here.
Campaigns
Add new campaigns with all relevant details here.
Locations
Add new Locations with all important details here.
Collectors

Add new transactions with all relevant details here.
4. System updates ![]()
Check out new system updates here!
5. Request New Feature ![]()

7. Logout ![]()
Click on this icon to log out of the DRM.
Section D - Personal Account Information
This section displays your administrative account details.

1. Account Information
This section displays the User's name and Account information.
2. Webgive Page Access
Click on the donate icon to access the Webgive page of your organization.
Each organization has its own unique account number, making donations accessible and user-friendly to your online audience. Your organization’s account number will show here: 
Your Webgive URL will follow this format: https://donary.com/7231
The number will be replaced with your organization’s specific account number.
Donation Phone Line
Donary provides a dedicated donation phone line at 845-DONARY3.
Each organization is assigned a unique extension, which corresponds to its account number.
